We aim to process all orders as efficiently as possible. Orders placed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Eastern Time, ET) will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Our processing time may vary depending on the volume of orders, but we strive to ensure that all orders are dispatched in a timely manner.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days from the time it ships, depending on your location. All shipments are made from our warehouse in China and Viet Nam, and the delivery window reflects the time it may take for your package to reach you based on your shipping address.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and that unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays. We will keep you informed about any such delays through the tracking information provided.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $199 will receive free shipping.
  • Shipping Fee: Orders under $199 will incur a flat $7.99 shipping fee.

Please note that the above shipping rates apply to standard shipping within the United States.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order through the respective carrier’s tracking system. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Areas

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside of the U.S. and wish to place an order, we recommend using a freight forwarding service, but please be aware that shipping times and costs may vary.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, certain restrictions may apply. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses, or addresses with restricted access. Additionally, shipping to remote or rural areas may result in longer delivery times or higher shipping fees.

Sales Tax

A 5% sales tax will be applied to orders shipped within the state of Florida, as required by state law. Orders shipping to other states are exempt from sales tax.

Delivery Problems: Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but occasionally, problems can occur during transit. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please follow the steps below:

  1. Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

  2. Lost Items: If your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time and is marked as “delivered” in the tracking system but you have not received it, please contact us. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Please keep in mind that damaged or lost items must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date for us to investigate and resolve the issue.

Handling Charges

Handling charges are included in the shipping cost. These charges help cover the cost of packing materials, labor, and overhead associated with getting your order ready for shipment.

Please note that these charges are non-refundable, and are included in the shipping cost calculation. Handling charges apply to all orders, including those with free shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your embroidered apparel from Mevsheros. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy applies.

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or design, please follow the same return process. Once your return is processed, we will issue a new order with your requested exchange item.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. If your return qualifies for free return shipping, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
