Thank you for shopping at Mevsheros, a brand of CLOTHING WORLD LLC. We take great pride in creating high-quality, custom embroidered apparel just for you. Please read our return policy carefully, as it is specific to personalized products.

1. Our Policy on Custom Embroidered Apparel

Due to the personalized nature of our products (including all custom embroidered Sweatshirts and Hoodies), all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues such as:

  • Incorrect size selection. (We strongly advise you to review the size chart on each product page before ordering).

  • Change of mind.

  • Errors in the customization details that were provided by the customer at the time of order.

This policy is in place because each item is uniquely created for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Exceptions: In Case of Our Error or Product Defects

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our work and will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund if your item arrives with one of the following issues caused by us:

  • The item has a significant manufacturing defect (e.g., a hole, tear, or seam issue).

  • The embroidery has a clear error that was our fault (e.g., we misspelled a name that was spelled correctly in your order, or we embroidered the wrong design).

  • You received a completely different item, size, or color than what you ordered.

3. How to Report an Issue

If your order qualifies under one of the exceptions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Submit a Request: Send an email to contact@mevsheros.com.

  3. Provide Proof: In your email, please include:

    • Your order number.

    • Clear photos that show the defect or error. This is required for us to process your request.

Once we verify the issue, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

4. Sizing and Color Disclaimer

  • Sizing: We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Please measure and choose your size carefully. We are not responsible for products that do not fit if the size was selected incorrectly by the customer.

  • Colors: We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to different monitor and screen settings.

5. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may have already entered the production (embroidery) phase and cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, please email contact@mevsheros.com.
