1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept two major payment methods for your convenience:

  • PayPal: Use your PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, or credit/debit cards to make secure payments.
  • Stripe: Pay directly using your credit or debit card through Stripe, one of the most secure payment processors available.

Both methods are fast, secure, and easy to use.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 7 to 15 business days. This timeframe includes both processing and shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and occasional delays due to external factors may occur.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $199. For orders under $199, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 will be applied at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are exploring international shipping options for the future, so please check back later.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your order through the respective carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

6. What if my order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping?

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, but in case of a damaged or lost item:

  • Damaged items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damage. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • Lost items: If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify your shipping address before your order has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

8. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, minus any shipping fees.
  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or design, we’ll be happy to process an exchange, depending on availability.

9. How do I return an item?

We offer returns, exchanges, and even the possibility of a refund if the product is not up to your expectations. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
